Skybox Files $550M Fourth Data Center at Hutto Campus

Skybox and Prologis Hutto 4 project update graphic
A $550 million core-and-shell registration sets out 846,300 square feet for Building 4 at the Skybox–Prologis PowerCampus Austin development in Hutto.
The filed construction window runs from January 20, 2027 to October 30, 2028. The scope covers site improvements and a building intended for future data-center use; it does not establish a completed fit-out, tenant commitment or field start.
Members can uncover the campus contractor and explore building-specific scope, power-capacity distinctions and the delivery timeline in Project Insights.

Blue Origin Brings a $555M Manufacturing Campus to Hutto

Campus rendering: Blue Origin.
Blue Origin has selected Hutto for Constellation Park, a multi-building campus totaling approximately 1.3 million square feet. The company’s October 8 announcement puts satellite and communications manufacturing at the center of the development.
The state identifies $554.78 million in capital investment and more than 2,000 additional jobs over ten years. The campus will support programs including TeraWave and Quartz, alongside production of solar arrays, avionics and spacecraft hardware.
For construction teams, the next details to watch are individual building packages, delivery appointments and the handover sequence. A general-contractor award and final completion schedule have not been established in the published coverage.
Follow the project overview and delivery updates in Project Insights. Members can explore contractor intelligence as appointments are confirmed.

$471.8M Filing Puts South Texas’ Next AI Building in Focus

Rendering of the proposed Project Kati campus
Project rendering supplied by Texas Construction Hub.
Soluna’s Project Kati 2 has a filed construction estimate of $471.8 million for a 471,884-square-foot building near Santa Monica in Willacy County. The proposed AI facility is described with approximately 112MW of critical IT capacity.
Project Profile
Filed start: October 8, 2026
Filed completion: October 8, 2027
Development partners: Soluna and Metrobloks
That construction window is a planning reference; it does not confirm mobilization or an operational opening. The building is part of a wider campus development whose later phases require separate investment and delivery decisions.
The next useful signals are confirmed field activity, a final customer agreement and package-specific construction appointments. The published report has not established the general contractor or complete MEP team for this building.

South Korea Pays $2.4B Advance for Encinal Power Megaproject

South Korea’s finance minister confirmed on October 6 that an initial $2.4 billion was transferred on October 1 for Project Star, the planned $22.3 billion Encinal power development. The proposed energy campus targets approximately 6.47GW of generation, with first generation targeted for 2029.
The transfer advances financing under the investment framework. Permits, approvals, equipment orders and construction appointments remain separate milestones; the payment does not establish that the entire campus is funded or under construction.
